BCIC Swiss GmBH is looking for On-site Warehouse Specialist in Switzerland.

Now we need an On-site Warehouse Specialist in Switzerland for Full-time position.

Location:

Vevey

Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of IT and non-IT assets.

-Oversee receiving, storing, labeling, and dispatching of equipment and materials.

-Track asset life cycles, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

-Ensure proper documentation for all warehouse and logistics activities.

-Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to plan and forecast asset requirements.

-Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.

-Optimize warehouse layout and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

-Support internal teams by providing assets and materials in a timely manner.

-Prepare reports on asset utilization, inventory accuracy, and stock movement.

Requirements:

-Valid work permit in Switzerland

-Proven experience in asset management, logistics, or warehouse operations

-Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

-Proficiency in inventory management tools and MS Office

-Fluent in English and local language (French)--minimum B2 level
