Job Description

Position Summary:



As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods to both retail stores and private customers. The role involves managing daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, order picking, packing, and dispatching. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate inventory flow through the supply chain, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods in accordance with company procedures. Prepare, pick, and pack outgoing orders for both store replenishment and direct-to-customer shipments. Ensure accurate inventory control and timely updates in the warehouse management system (WMS). Support inventory counts and cycle counting routines. Maintain an efficient and organized warehouse layout, ensuring goods are stored safely and accessibly. Collaborate with logistics and store teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies. Handle shipping documentation and ensure orders are dispatched on schedule. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling tools (with proper certification). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse processes, quality, and safety.

Qualifications and Experience:



Previous experience from warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage. Good understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, and goods flow processes. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Basic computer skills (MS Office / inventory systems). Forklift license is a plus.
