Web Designer - Crypto & Web3 Projects
Location: Lausanne area, Switzerland (Hybrid - 2 days remote/week)

Join a high-growth blockchain startup building the next generation of DeFi protocols, and help shape the digital face of a crypto-native ecosystem used by thousands across multiple chains.
? Your Mission

• Design and maintain visually engaging, brand-aligned interfaces for our websites, landing pages, and dApps
• Translate complex DeFi concepts into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user journeys
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to bring Web3 experiences to life
• Create reusable visual assets (icons, animations, infographics) that help communicate our protocol features
• Stay up to date with crypto-native design trends and Web3 UX patterns

?? What You'll Work With

• Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lottie, Illustrator
• Web & Motion: HTML/CSS (not mandatory to code), Webflow or Framer experience is a plus
• Web3 Trends: Familiarity with dApps, DeFi UX, wallet integrations, and multi-chain navigation
• Workflow: You'll work alongside a tight-knit engineering and product team with strong crypto DNA

? What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital or product design with a modern, clean visual aesthetic
• Portfolio showcasing responsive interfaces, visual systems, and ideally some work in blockchain/tech
• Ability to design around complex or technical subjects and simplify them visually
• Creative autonomy and attention to detail, with a deep curiosity for the Web3 space
• Bonus: knowledge of 3D/immersive formats (Three.js, Blender) or light frontend prototyping
