Job Description
Project:
Due to increased project workload, we are seeking an additional Web Publisher (924389JP) to migrate and maintain a website to a new CMS. The current system includes 154 clients and approximately 300,000 web pages in 26 languages. Location: Bern: At least one day per week on-site.
Tasks:
- Importing and publishing content from Word templates or the existing CMS in LivingDocs.
- Adding images, documents, links, and teasers to content.
- Adapting images according to templates.
- Creating new pages in the CMS.
- Assigning metadata for documents, images, and pages.
- Coordinating with superiors and decentralized content managers.
Requirements:
- Completed training in IT or equivalent
- ??Initial professional experience and interest in web communications (2 years or more)
- Publishing experience and HTML knowledge are advantageous.
- A flair for image design and experience with multimedia programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
- Interest in Swiss foreign policy and humanitarian aid.
- Good organization, structured and precise work style.
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking, independent, flexible, and team player.
Language:
- German: fluent in spoken and written language (at least C1)
