Responsibilities:

You will deploy Windows client OS and MacOS You will install Windows servers and take care of related business applications You will resolve server hardware and OS issues with vendor support You will provide L2 support and handle ticketing tools You will participate in server maintenance (after hours) and upgrade server systems, as scheduled You will create and improve the relevant documentation

Required Skills:

You MUST have an EU/UK passport

You MUST speak perfect Italian and B1+ English

You have 10+ years of experience in the IT sector, and 5+ years of experience in Windows system administration You have experience working on large infrastructures You have previously worked with various teams in an IT department, collaborating to solve problems together You have PowerShell automation experience You have a good understanding of MS Group Policy creation and management

Desired Skills:

You have relevant IT certifications You have Security knowledge You have VMWare infrastructure knowledge You have Citrix Infrastructure knowledge
