The Worldwide LHC Computing Grid ( ) project is a global collaboration of around 160 computing centres in more than 40 countries, providing the computing resources needed to store, distribute and analyse the ~200 Petabytes of data produced annually by the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).
Functions:
As a WLCG Resource Coordinator, you will support the management of CERN's IT budget contribution to WLCG, helping to fund computing resources and operational support.
You will work closely with the IT Department's DPO Office, gaining exposure to a wide range of tasks related to budget planning, reporting, and analysis for the Worldwide LHC Computing Grid (WLCG) project. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow while working closely with IT Management and project teams.
