Your new responsibilities

Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic user research studies Synthesize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights Oversee and update the user research repository and knowledge base, ensuring resources remain organized, accessible, and up to date Contribute to the development and optimization of research tools, templates, and documentation to enhance team efficiency and workflow Manage and screen participant pools for various research studies, ensuring that recruitment aligns with specific study requirements and criteria

Your skills

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Economics or another research-focused field Strong research and analytical skills Structured and independent working style Excellent communication abilities Fluent in English, both written and verbal
