Your new responsibilities



Designing and creating training materials for our applications, including video-based and virtual training as well as chatbots Adapting training content to various local languages and supporting the rollout of these materials in different countries Support the development of training concepts and communication strategies Contribute your own ideas to help promote a digital-first mindset within the organization Work in an agile environment



Your talents and experience



You are currently enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, ideally in a technical, communication, or business field You have a basic understanding of agile methods, Design Thinking, and project or change management You are passionate about new IT technologies and artificial intelligence You possess strong analytical skills and work independently and in a structured manner You are fluent in German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken You have strong communication skills and intercultural competence Ideally, you can start in September 2025
