As a Workstations Administrator, and under the responsibility of the IT Lead Workplace, you will design, implement, and support Microsoft technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration. You will work within the Workplace Team to deliver modern, secure, and efficient end-user environments.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:
Implement, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions (including OneDrive and collaboration tools)
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment
Provide Level 3 support, troubleshooting complex workstation and application issues
Administer and maintain SCCM, Intune, and oversee software packaging and deployment
Manage endpoint analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Nexthink) to ensure performance and user experience
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and deliver improvements
Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and user guides
Stay current with Microsoft updates and industry trends, driving innovation in workplace technologies
Qualifications
You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 (including WVD/VDI), Intune, SCCM, Office 365, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS).
You bring strong expertise in Nexthink, Microsoft OneDrive, print servers, and user account management (access controls and permissions).
You are skilled in scripting, with knowledge of PowerShell and other automation languages.
You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, customer-oriented mindset, and effective troubleshooting skills.
You collaborate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams, and communicate clearly in English and French.
You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate documentation.
You have a continuous learning mindset, staying updated on new features and industry trends.
You hold relevant certifications, such as MCSE, MCSA, and ITIL.
