Interested in working in finance, specifically with Operations & Data, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?




We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Operations - Business Enablement team in Switzerland.




You'll get to:



turn data into an asset across the Private & Corporate Operations organization, globally advise on business needs and data & reporting requirements, source data, build reports & dashboards and provide insights

Your team




You'll be working for the Operating Management Business Enablement team in Zurich. We enable P&C Operations globally on service and data capabilities. As a reporting specialist, you'll play an important role in unlocking data and gaining insights into our operations services.

Your expertise




We're looking for a candidate who:



has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree) has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines has excellent English skills, German is a plus has good understanding & affinity to data technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) & Databases has agile mindset due to dynamic operational reporting environment has exposure or understanding of writing SQLs and scripting tools e.g. Python, R etc.


Start date: 1 March 2026 or by agreement

Your program




This paid internship will last 12 months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
