Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?




We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within the Agile Delivery Organization Stream Be a Client in Switzerland.




You'll get to:



support senior project/product managers in their daily work collaborate with the product team incl. senior stakeholders in various stages of product development, from ideation to launch compare our products and new ideas against competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement to enable and push our strategic orientation develop analysis on product performance, user behavior, and market trends to support decision-making perform Product Testing: Participate in testing new features and products, identify bugs, and work with the development teams to resolve issues create a broad and deep internal and external network of partners and Subject Matter Experts

Your team

You'll be working in the "Be a Client" Stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. Our vision is to make client interactions as convenient as possible from the very first touchpoint through the entire client lifecycle - seamless, fast and scalable!

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:



has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree) has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines has excellent English skills, German is a plus is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines has a strong interest in digitization and innovation


Start date: 1st of April 2026 or by agreement


Length: 6 months

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.



You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.



If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
