Your role
Interested in working with financial data, risk and acting as the first line of defense in safeguarding our business? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Internship Program within Group Risk Control.
You'll get to:
learn about and monitor known risks, while also discovering and defining unknown risks
explore and apply data?driven techniques -- including machine learning, AI and advanced analytics -- to identify patterns and emerging risk themes in financial markets
contribute to the development and optimization of risk?related systems and digital infrastructure, helping to implement smarter, more efficient and technology?enabled risk controls
Your team
You'll be working in Group Risk Control - Asset Management Risk Control located in Zurich. The team is responsible for identifying, assessing, advising, monitoring and reporting for financial risks, including market, liquidity, sustainability and credit risks.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
is enthusiastic about emerging technologies and brings a genuine interest in artificial intelligence, computer science, data analysis and their applications in modern finance--keen to explore how these capabilities can enhance risk management, modeling and decision making
Starting date: April 2026

Your program
This paid internship will last 6-12 months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
