About the role




We're looking for a motivated and self-starting Account Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. As an Account Executive at BLP, you'll own the full sales cycle--from outbound prospecting to contract close. You'll engage directly with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CPOs, CSOs, CIOs) at industrial and retail companies, helping them reimagine their operations through intelligent ERP automation. Your success will directly shape the future of how enterprises operate.

What you'll do



Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving new customer acquisition and expansion in the industrial and retail sectors. Lead high-impact sales engagements, converting qualified leads into long-term clients through strategic outreach and consultative selling. Run tailored product demos that connect customer goals with BLP's platform capabilities, articulating clear and measurable business value. Negotiate and close multi-year contracts (typically $100K+), managing multiple stakeholders through complex technical sales cycles. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through ongoing, thoughtful communication and solution-oriented follow-ups. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, prioritizing deals and ensuring consistent, proactive outreach and follow-through. Stay deeply informed about the ERP market landscape, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics.

You've thrived in startups or high-growth environments and know how to adapt, build, and move fast without losing focus. You're familiar with ERP systems and processes and if you've worked closely with C-level stakeholders before. You communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively in both German and English. You keep calm under pressure and know how to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum. You think strategically and analytically, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture while executing with precision. You're confident working with senior decision-makers and know how to build trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
