The Account Manager (AM) is mainly responsible for servicing the clients (Employees of the Bank) in the day-to-day work and takes ownership of the account administration, documentation formalities and tasks in daily operations and projects impacting the account administration. She/he will be part of a team responsible to execute trades and this entails dealing with routine enquiries and transactions as well as documentation to meet regulatory requirements without the involvement of a Relationship Manager. She/he demonstrates excellent professional, personal as well as social skills when liaising with clients. The AM ensures the operational client account management and interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders independently and provides clients with relevant information. The AM acts as role model in bringing the best service quality to clients in a fast, professional and friendly manner, always living the Julius Baer values (Care, Passion, and Excellence). Professionalism and responsiveness are key. The AM shows professional commitment to ensuring excellent administration of the account, to clients as well as to the Bank and is willing to go the extra mile.
