Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient financial processes, contributing to the company's mission of innovation and excellence in Blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance reporting and bookkeeping, aligning with the company's global impact.
• Challenge and adapt processes, showcasing your initiative and playing a crucial role in the company's growth trajectory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field provides a solid foundation for career progression.
• Strong background of Swiss GAAP FER (UK GAAP and IFRS are a plus)
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and presenting financial reports
• Experience working within the SME space
• Professional English proficiency (excellent German a strong plus - minimum B2 German is a must)
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and adapt to new challenges
• Thoughtful, outgoing and proactive personality
• Willingness to work on site at least 4 days per week
