- Assist in the establishment of financial accounting processes and systems
- Support the implementation of the ERP system, focusing on financial accounting
- Manage the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Prepare annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and parent company/group guidelines
- Prepare financial reports for regulatory bodies such as FINMA and SNB
- Ensure accurate processing of direct and indirect taxes
- Contribute to internal accounting and controlling projects
- Establish and maintain the internal control system (ICS) for financial accounting
- Deputy to the head of controlling
- Relevant commercial/business education with professional training (e.g., financial accountant) or a degree in Accounting & Finance
- 4-5 years of financial services sector accounting experience
- Strong grasp of banking-specific accounting regulations
- Excel prowess and ERP system experience
- Fluent in German and English
