Accounting Manager Temporary Support Asap

Job Description
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Implement and monitor compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Support audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.
A successful Accounting Manager should have:
- A Master in Finance & Accounting
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the Energy/Manufacturing sector is preferred.
