Job Description

Decathlon Switzerland is growing fast (+49 stores, ~450MEUR GMV end of 2025). To support this growth, we are creating a position for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in our Geneva or Bussigny office. As a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support country stakeholders and ensure the smooth execution of the Order-to-Pay process, reporting directly to the Accounting Leader. Key responsibilities - You will ensure the Order-to-Pay process runs smoothly and efficiently across the organization: - Process and monitor invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments. - Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, ensuring clear and professional communication. - Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee data accuracy and smooth operations. - Prepare and share regular reports (weekly/monthly) to support decision-making and process improvement. - Support supplier master data management to ensure accuracy and reliability - Monitor and resolve blocked payments to ensure smooth payment flows.
