Job Description

Decathlon Switzerland is growing fast (+49 stores, ~450MEUR GMV end of 2025). To support this growth, we are creating a position for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in our Geneva or Bussigny office.

As a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support country stakeholders and ensure the smooth execution of the Order-to-Pay process, reporting directly to the Accounting Leader.

Key responsibilitiesYou will ensure the Order-to-Pay process runs smoothly and efficiently across the organization: Process and monitor invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments. Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, ensuring clear and professional communication. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee data accuracy and smooth operations. Prepare and share regular reports (weekly/monthly) to support decision-making and process improvement. Support supplier master data management to ensure accuracy and reliability Monitor and resolve blocked payments to ensure smooth payment flows.

What we are looking for ?

Fluency in French and English

(C1) is essential; German is a strong plus. At least 2 years of

experience in the Order-to-Pay

/ Accounts Payable process. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and analytical mindset. Proactive and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Hands-on and focused on action

. Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and navigates comfortably in a multicultural setting. Autonomous, responsible, and adaptable to change. Enthusiastic, positive, and forward-looking. You view challenges as opportunities for progress. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling using tools like Google Sheets or Board; interest in new technologies (AI) is a plus.
