Philochem AG is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing general secretarial duties and providing support services to the various laboratories.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the management of archives and files, both digital and paper-based.
Process purchase orders.
Organize the shipment of materials and documents.
Assist in the organization of meetings and events.
Monitor office access and welcome visitors and suppliers.
Answer incoming phone calls, in English or German.
Receive incoming mail and packages.
Assist in the management of general maintenance activities.
Oversee the cleaning of laboratories.
Distribute and record lunch vouchers.
Perform physical inventory counts.
Requirements:
High school diploma.
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of German and English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.
Personal Qualities:
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

A part-time contract (60-100%) and compensation commensurate with the experience of the selected candidate.
