A leading telecommunications company in Zurich is currently building a new team and is looking for an Advanced Customer Loyalty Consultant to support the ramp-up phase of their loyalty operations.
In this role, you will handle complex customer inquiries that cannot be resolved by first-level support. You will work across multiple systems, analyze cases independently, coordinate with IT where required, and ensure professional, solution-oriented customer communication - both in writing and by phone.
