As a Technical Support Engineer, you will act as a main point of contact for Cockpit & Cabin Service Offering customers. You will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer satisfaction, responding to customer request related to product maintenance in respect to Honeywell policies and applicable laws.
In this role you will provide technical support to customers with Honeywell/Satcom1 SATCOM products or systems including aircraft interface / interaction, sub-system, system and platform applications
