Installing and commissioning new machines (3-5 axes) in Europe and worldwide
Working in cleanroom or controlled environments when required
Responding quickly to customer service and maintenance requests
Identifying and escalating recurring issues
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Providing remote support (phone, email, remote access)
Conducting customer training sessions both internally and externally
Your profile :
Minimum 3 years of experience in field service (preferred)
Technician or Engineer in electronics/automation with good knowledge of the machine tool industry
Experience in laser technology or optics is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and highly communicative
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time
Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit
