We deliver state-of-the-art, high-precision material processing solutions to a range of high-tech industries, including semiconductors, diamonds, watchmaking, automotive, energy -- and more recently, space and aviation.
To support our operations, we are looking for a:
After Sales Service Engineer (100%)
In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Installing and commissioning new machines (3-5 axes) in Europe and worldwide
• Working in cleanroom or controlled environments when required
• Responding quickly to customer service and maintenance requests
• Identifying and escalating recurring issues
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Providing remote support (phone, email, remote access)
• Conducting customer training sessions both internally and externally

Your profile :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service (preferred)
• Technician or Engineer in electronics/automation with good knowledge of the machine tool industry
• Experience in laser technology or optics is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and highly communicative
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time
• Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit
