Deine Aufgaben:

Ticketverkauf vor Ort (Beratung zu den verschiedenen Ticketkategorien und den Ablauf im Museum) Anlaufstelle fur alle anfallenden Fragen, Wunsche und Anliegen unserer Besucher Kundenbetreuung vor Ort (Begleitung beeintrachtigter Personen zum Lift, Garderobe, Kinderwagen etc.) Entgegennahme und Verarbeitung von Online-Ticketbestellungen Abrechnung der Kasse und allgemeine administrative Aufgaben (z.B. Korrespondenz mit Kunden)

Unsere Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Erfahrung und Freude im direkten Kundenkontakt Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil Eigenverantwortliche, losungsorientierte und selbststandige Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenendeinsatzen wie auch zu kurzfristigen Einsatzplananderungen; Wochenendeinsatze sind ein Muss Spass an Fussball

About FIFA Museum

Our exhibitions and events in the FIFA Museum at Zurich's Enge railway station and abroad show how international football has continually developed, generating enthusiasm, inspiring and connecting people around the world.

With numerous attractions, audio-visual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football. A permanent exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels and comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience. In addition, the museum offers an exciting cultural program and an educational program for families with children and school classes.



Our FIFA Museum team is just as unique as our exhibitions and events program. Around 80 employees are currently working for the museum. They represent different nationalities, various professional backgrounds and numerous languages. They are united by their shared passion, love and enthusiasm for football and culture.
