Responsibilities:
Supervise and support
installation
and
integration
of shaft generators, battery-hybrid systems and other marine energy technologies.
Perform
commissioning
to ensure systems meet technical specifications.
Lead
sea trials
, analyze performance data, and optimize system operation.
Execute
customer service orders
in close cooperation with stakeholders.
Support
maintenance
,
troubleshooting
, and
commissioning
tasks.
Work with
internal
and
external engineering
teams to resolve technical issues.
Prepare
service reports
,
sea trial documentation
, and
technical memos
.
Provide
technical guidance
and
training
to clients.
Maintain strong
customer relationships
while upholding WinGD standards.
Document customer requirements and
support solution development
.
Assist in
feasibility studies
and present WinGD energy solutions to customers.
Contribute to
project planning
and
design
, including supplier evaluations and technical proposals.
Ensure
timely
project completion with
high quality
and
safety standards
.
Contribute to
continuous improvement
through field feedback.

Professional Skills:
Solid foundation in
electrical engineering,

marine systems engineering,
including hands-on experience with variable frequency drives and power management systems is beneficial.
Experience in
electrical commissioning
is an advantage.
Languages:
Good in
English
(written and spoken).
German
beneficial but not required
Education:
Bachelor's degree
in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, or similar.
Apprenticeship
in electrical or electronic field is a plus.
