to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. The profile will provide both technical and functional support for HR tools.
The ideal candidate will synchronize with all third-party providers, IT HR and HR people teams to ensure seamless operation. He will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the HR IT tools support, from legacy to new HCM tool. Participating also in all test campaigns to ensure non regression and smooth delivery in all releases.
Act as technical and functional support for HR applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
Analyze and optimize PL/SQL scripts for all HR tools needed.
Conduct thorough non regression testing to ensure application quality and performance.
Collaborate with HR, IT teams, and external vendors to implement solutions and improvements.
Synchronize with
Oracle (HCM tool)
and other third-party providers for application updates and integrations.
Document processes and maintain accurate records of support activities.
Assist in user training and provide guidance on HR application usage
Proven experience in
application support
, ideally HR tools.
Experience with
HRIS
as
Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management)
Strong skills in
PL/SQL development
and testing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to interact with several stakeholders (HR users, technical teams, and third-party providers).
Experience in vendor management and third-party coordination.
