Support us as Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the french-speaking Switzerland region on a full-time, permanent basis. Your tasks
As Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for a territory in the french-speaking Switzerland (Genf, Waadt, Neuenburg, Jura and parts of the kanton Freiburg)
You maintain a trusting relationship with our customers (especially beauty institutes) and advise them on business management to further increase their success
You take care of sales for the entire REVIDERM product range, from cosmetic products to devices, and acquire new customers (dermatologists and beauty institutes)
You will provide individual coaching and targeted employee training for REVIDERM products and REVIDERM devices as well as demo treatments
You will conduct the annual meetings and the associated annual planning

You have successfully completed a cosmetics apprenticeship or a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have some professional experience in the sales force of a cosmetics company
Based on your sales orientation and your confident handling of company figures, you have an eye for the success factors of our customers and thus help them to achieve further success
Thanks to your empathy on the one hand and your strong negotiating skills on the other, you quickly build up a strong customer relationship on a personal level
You are characterised by a distinct goal orientation
You live in the sales area and have a high willingness to travel
