As an interim FP&A / Controlling support/consultant, you will play an important role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. You will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, providing insightful analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with functional controllers, finance leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets are met and risks are effectively managed.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across the group, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models in collaboration with functional controllers, IT (Anaplan), and the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team.
• Consolidate financial plans across business units and deliver insightful reports (P&L, cash flow, etc.) to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze monthly financial results, identify trends and variances, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Prepare high-quality financial deliverables for executive stakeholders, including variance analysis, Audit Committee materials, and Board presentations.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support risk assessment and long-term planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to key finance initiatives and cross-functional projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with financial systems (Anaplan preferred) and BI tools (Looker is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Our client is a fast paced, international player with HQ in Switzerland. We are looking for an experienced FP&A / Controlling expert who can join the team (ideally by mid-November) for the coming months (estimation of 2-5 months) to help the company bridge until the newly identified Group Head of FP&A will be starting.
