Your Responsibilities:

Provide legal and regulatory advice on trade and structured trade finance transactions, including those involving distribution agreements,

Letters of Credit

,

Factoring or sales of receivables

, and an understanding of

laws related to assignment

. Draft and negotiate a wide range of investment, trade, and finance documentation for the origination and sale of financial assets including trade receivables, letters of credit proceeds, trade loans, negotiable instruments, trade credit insurance, and bank facility agreements. Advise on various derivatives trading agreements, specifically in relation to

ISDA documentation

. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders. Develop and improve standard contractual templates.

Your Profile:

Law degree from a reputable university. 5-7 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on trade finance and structured finance. Strong understanding of trade-related financing issues and documentation, including expertise in

Letters of Credit

,

Factoring or sales of receivables

,

laws related to assignment

, and

Distribution agreements for structured trade finance

. Preferred substantial experience drafting and negotiating derivative documentation, particularly

ISDA documentation

. Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation for structured finance transactions. Working knowledge of applicable banking regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
