WinGD is looking for a

General Counsel Legal & Compliance

Responsibilities

Support corporate governance: organize board/shareholder meetings, maintain legal registers and filings. Lead company-wide legal and compliance matters, including insurance, litigation, and regulatory topics. Negotiate and manage a broad range of contracts (license, NDA, R&D, service, IT, etc.). Oversee compliance systems (anti-corruption, sanctions, export control, etc.) and deliver training. Advise management on legal risks, strategy, and critical negotiations.

Requirements

Law degree with solid experience in corporate, commercial, and compliance law. Skilled in contract negotiation and litigation oversight. Strong knowledge of Swiss and international legal frameworks. Fluent in English; German a plus. Proactive, pragmatic, and confident communicator.
