Our client, a highly reputable Swiss law firm with a global reach, is seeking an Associate specializing in Corporate Law and M&A, who holds a notary certificate from Kanton Zug.

As an Associate in this position, you will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative team within the expanding office located in Kanton Zug. Your main responsibilities will involve providing support to the team in corporate and M&A affairs, with a possibility to work with Fintech and Blockchain topics as well.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and other legal documents\\n
• Preparing legal opinions on different corporate matters including corporate governance\\n
• Assisting with transactions, reviewing and drafting reports and other deliverables in support of transactions\\n
• Conducting notarial work especially concerning the transactions and also other accordant to other clients\\xe2\\x80\\x99 needs\\n

Requirements:

• \\n
• Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in law with the bar exam and notary from Kanton Zug\\n
• Between 1 to 3 years of working experience with a focus on Corporate Law and/or M&A (Fintech and Blockchain are a great plus)\\n
• Excellent in legal contract drafting skills and capable of independent work\\n
• Fluent in German and English (any other language is a plus)\\n
• Precise and independent way of working\\n
