Job Description

To strengthen our team in Geneva within our Banking, Finance & FinTech department, we are looking for:

An associate lawyer specialized in banking and finance law (80 to 100%)

With a legal background in Swiss law and an excellent academic record, any diploma or post-graduate qualification following the bar exam would be an advantage Having at least two to three years of experience in the field of banking and financial law, especially within the regulatory and contractual aspects (FinSA, FinIA, AML and CISA) Fluent in written and spoken French and English, knowledge of German would be an asset Able to establish good relations with clients and to follow up on their requests with diligence and a sense of service Dynamic with a good sense of initiative, able to prioritize and work with deadlines Computer literate, in particular the Microsoft Office package including Excel, Word and the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
