YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced

AVEVA PI Expert

to join our Life Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the AVEVA PI System (formerly OSIsoft PI), particularly in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals or biotech. You will support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing data historian solutions to enable real-time data monitoring, reporting, and analytics.

Design and implement AVEVA PI System architectures for life sciences clients

Configure PI interfaces, Asset Framework (AF), and PI Vision dashboards

Integrate PI System with MES, ERP, and other OT/IT systems

Ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity requirements

Provide technical leadership and support during project delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation, IT, and quality

Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

10+ years of experience with AVEVA PI System (OSIsoft PI)

Strong understanding of PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, and PI Interfaces

Experience in life sciences industry (pharma, biotech, medical devices)

Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11, and validation processes

Proficiency in German (B2 or higher); English fluency required

Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus, MQTT) is a plus

Experience with cloud integration (AVEVA Data Hub, Azure, AWS) is a plus

German and English mandatory
