Job Description

Pages & Sips is looking for a Barista & Cafe Supervisor to look over a team of baristas and assist the cafe manager.

Starting date: immediately

Main tasks:



Supervise the team, especially during the week-end shifts

Work closely with the manager to ensure smooth day to day operations (handle guest requests, checking inventory, maintaining Pages & Sips standards)

Staff training

Preparation of coffee-based drinks with specialty coffee machine

Waiting on tables

Mise-en-place, tidying up and cleaning

Small kitchen preparation

Requirements:



English and French speaking mandatory (additional languages are a plus)

Availability to work on weekends

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurants or cafes
