Als Bellboy,

sind Sie fur die folgenden Aufgaben verantwortlich

:

Fahigkeit zur korperlichen Anstrengung beim Anbringen, Abnehmen und Tragen von Gastegepack Herzliches "Willkommen" und herzliches "Auf Wiedersehen" fur unsere Gaste gewahrleisten Zustellung des Gepacks beim Einchecken und Entfernung des Gepacks beim Auschecken aus den Gastezimmern Ausgezeichnete Produktkenntnisse Uberprufung der Ankunfts- und Abreiseberichte, um die Bedurfnisse der Gaste zu erkennen Sicherstellung, dass der Haupteingang jederzeit besetzt ist Sicheres Parken der Gastefahrzeuge Organisation von Taxis fur unsere Gaste auf Anfrage

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, within the Concierge department, the Bellboy is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing information about the hotel's facilities and services.


As Bellboy,

you will be responsible for the following duties:

Ability to exert physical effort in placing, removing and transporting guest luggage Offering our guests a warm "Welcome" and a warm "Farewell" Delivering upon check in and removing luggage upon check out from guest rooms Excellent product knowledge Checking arrival and departure reports to anticipate guests needs Ensuring that the main entrance is always attended Safe parking of guest cars in our parking bays Providing our guests taxis on request

As Bellboy

, we expect from you:

Car driving license A sense of responsibility and good time management Teamwork, organizational skills and good time management Communication skills - guests will come to you with both complaints and positive feedback, so you always will be approachable Flexibility and resilience - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma Very good knowledge of German and English.
