Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute Switzerland growth plan; oversee revenue, EBITDA, customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.

Market Expansion & Brand:

Define competitive positioning; differentiate through technology, pricing, and customer service; build marketing and channel partnerships.

Operations & Acquisitions:

Manage full P&L, budget, compliance, and risk; lead integration of local acquisitions ensuring smooth transitions and synergies.

Team Leadership & Culture:

Promote Miss Group's culture; recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, diverse team; ensure internal alignment and transparency.

Stakeholder Management:

Report to COO; present performance dashboards and strategic plans; liaise with regulatory and industry stakeholders.

Good social skills and a positive attitude. Easy to make contact with and talk to new people. Strong customer focus. Easy to collaborate with colleagues. You are aware that a good result requires a lot of patience and hard work. You who thrive in a fast-paced environment - where determination and commitment are the key to success. Previous experience of managing staff. An interest in IT and technology. Good knowledge of both German and English.
