Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a long-term strategic concept for the future of customer access and authorization management (Verfugungswelt), including powers of attorney and related permissions.

• Identify and coordinate multiple gaps, weaknesses, and stakeholder requirements within the existing system.

• Define clear implementation options and actionable change packages for the rollout of new solutions.

• Analyze and evaluate complex requirements, outline solution sketches, and prepare multi-option concepts.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Business Analyst working on complex strategy and concept development projects.

• Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and document requirements and create solution concepts with multiple implementation scenarios.

• Proficient in preparing professional presentations (PowerPoint) and documentation in Confluence.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
