Job Description
For our public sector client, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Business Analyst with extensive experience in SharePoint Online (924454). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes and implementing SharePoint Online solutions.
Tasks:
- Analysis and optimization of business processes using SharePoint Online.
- Collection, structured documentation, and analysis of existing and new requirements, including solution approaches (taking existing operational concepts and specifications into account).
- Coordination, preparation, and input for the "Demand Management" process.
- Specific consulting on market developments and technological trends
. - Conducting market analyses to identify new business opportunities.
- Development and implementation of add-ons for SharePoint Online.
- Use of SharePoint Analytics for data analysis and report creation.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a business analyst.
- Solid experience with SharePoint Online.
- Experience in conducting market analyses.
- Experience with add-ons and analytics for SharePoint Online.
Education:
- Completed IT training
- IREB certification or comparable business analysis certification.
- Experience with HERMES projects or HERMES certification.
Languages:
- German native speaker/fluent (minimum C1)
