We are looking for an Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the Wealth Banking domain. The candidate should possess analytical skills, communication abilities, business process modeling proficiency, project management fundamentals, and technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Domain Expertise:
Prior experience in Wealth Banking domain.Agile Knowledge:
Understanding of Agile way of working.Analytical Skills:
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document requirements and present findings to both business and technical audiences.Business Process Modeling:
Proficiency in techniques like Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) for mapping current and future-state processes.Project Management Fundamentals:
Understanding of project methodologies and ability to manage project activities from design to implementation.Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with requirements management tools, and possibly basic SQL or other database skills for data analysis.Competencies:
