Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the cosmetics segment.
Identify and build relationships with existing clients to strengthen the relationships.
Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements.

Building strong relationships with key accounts in the cosmetics sector.International environment and career development opportunities.

Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales within the cosmetics sector or within the industrial sector with the same sales channel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, French is a big plus.
A strong ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
Ready to travel from time to time to different european countries.
