Job Summary





We are seeking a

Business Development & Sales Manager EMEA

to win OEM design-ins across software, SoM, sensors, and tailored solutions. This is a

quota-carrying role

for a proven sales professional with experience in high-value B2B technology sales.



You will drive business growth by acquiring new OEM customers and advancing existing OEMs and strategic accounts, while building a foundation for long-term growth. With success, this role will

grow into Head of Global BD & Sales

, taking on broader sales management responsibility for EU and beyond.

Zurich, Switzerland (with flexibility for candidates in nearby regions)

What You Will Do as Business Development & Sales Manager EMEA:





As a quota-carrying sales leader, you will be responsible for expanding our OEM footprint across EMEA, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close


Carry an individual sales quota and consistently deliver revenue growth Identify, qualify, and close new OEM opportunities across robotics, agriculture, industrial vehicles, and geospatial sectors Grow existing accounts with upsell and expansion strategies. Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and technical experts within customer organizations. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Develop account plans including TAM/SAM analysis, roadmap alignment, and revenue objectives. Provide market and competitive intelligence back to leadership and product teams. Represent Fixposition at key tradeshows, industry and partners events.



Skills & Experience required as Senior Business Development & Sales EMEA:




Proven B2B sales professional with a hunter mentality and a track record of winning OEMs (especially large OEMs) design-ins and delivering revenue. Proven ability to balance short-term revenue targets with long OEM design-in sales cycles. At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales within GNSS, robotics, geospatial, or related technology industries. Strong communicator with the ability to explain Fixposition's technology and articulate its value to both technical and business stakeholders Skilled in selling bundled hardware and software offerings, as well as subscription or license-based products. Ability to interpret and customize documents such as NDAs, contracts, purchase orders, etc. Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and effective in fast-paced, scaling environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).



Growth Opportunity: Head of Global BD & Sales
