Business Development & Segment Lead 100%

Your assignment

Business Development Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Organize business meetings with potential clients, including clinicians, pathologists, and hospital committees
- Promote company products/services by aligning with and anticipating customer goals
- Prepare offers and sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company rules and guidelines
- Provide reliable feedback to the sales teams to enhance performance
- Create cross-sell opportunities across Radiology, Pathology, and Genetics
Segment Lead Responsibilities:
- Work closely with medical, scientific, and operational teams, as well as shared services (IT, Finance, Legal, etc.) to define the strategy and ensure the development and marketing of services, products, or solutions
- Provide proactive support, take initiatives, and handle daily administrative tasks to ensure operational coordination within the marketing department and with service providers and partner agencies
- Evaluate market competition by comparing the company\\\'s offerings to competitors\\\' products and services
- Define marketing communication objectives by providing baseline data
- Introduce and market new services, products, or solutions by developing integrated plans over time, involving sales, marketing, and operations
- Meet operational requirements and development deadlines for services, products, or solutions by monitoring work results, including quality control

Your profile

- Professional experience in business development, in the commercial field, in the management of products, services or in a similar function
- Bachelor or Master of HES or university degree
- Very good MS-Office, Microsoft Dynamics knowledge
- Very good knowledge of French, German and English (Italian an advantage)
- Good knowledge of the healthcare market in Switzerland
- Communication and negotiation skills and ability to build relationships
