Project: As part of the finalisation of the insurance administration and sales tool project, we are looking for a Business Engineer Testing / Business Analyst (Professional). The successful candidate will support the project team in the final phase before go-live with a clear focus on quality assurance and test management. This involves, in particular, carrying out and coordinating functional and acceptance tests, working closely with the specialist department and ensuring that all defined requirements are met. The assignment is planned for the period from 1 November 2025 to 31 March 2026 (100%).
Tasks and responsibilities:
oSupport in the final project phase with a focus on quality assurance/testing
oConducting and coordinating functional and acceptance tests
oWorking closely with the specialist department
oIdentifying, analysing and documenting deviations and assisting in finding solutions
oOptional: Collaboration on related business engineering topics
Requirements:
oAt least 3 years of professional experience in business engineering/testing, ideally in the financial services or insurance sector
oExperience in personal/risk insurance and a sound understanding of processes would be an advantage
oTesting experience is a must
oCareful, independent, solution-oriented and structured approach to work, even with complex content
oQuick comprehension, ability to familiarise yourself with new systems
oCommunicative, positive and open-minded personality with a team player mentality

oGerman: C2 (near native speaker)
oEnglish: B2 (Upper Intermediate)
