Your role:
As Business Intelligence Engineer, you are data-driven and solution-oriented. You will work closely with Business Departments, analyzing their requirements and determining data reporting needs that support business decision-making. You will be responsible for the delivery of reports and dashboards and provide insights through BI visualization technologies. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team of highly talented individuals and will be encouraged to contribute with ideas, designs, and implementations.

Your responsibilities:
- Recommend enhancements and modifications to optimize business intelligence processes
- Develop product vision and data strategy
- Address business intelligence queries and issues in a timely fashion
- Create and execute project plans within allotted budget and timelines
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of daily data processing
- Support of strategic projects as a BI specialist
- Maintain documentation for all business intelligence processes

Your profile:
- University degree (university / FH) in IT Engineering or Computer Sciences
- 5 years of practical experience in the field of Business Intelligence
- Industry-specific knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to weigh problems and set priorities
- Knowledge in Microsoft BI Development Suite (SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)
- Ability to work with various stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality with the capability to work independently
- Fluency in English
