\\n Join us as a Business Management Officer in Client Lifecycle Controls Swiss Bank in Zurich supporting our Management Team to fulfill our control mandate. This will include managing our resources, defining and analyzing indicators to monitor risk exposure and performance, managing communication to stakeholders as well as driving development and simplification.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you bring the following skills:
  • A higher degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or Economics) with experience in a banking or financial context would be beneficial.
  • You offer strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • You possess problem-solving skills with a solution driven mind-set.
  • Outstanding and efficient communication skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and strong expertise in drafting and visualizing presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Your attention to detail and confidence in handling data allow you to quickly build rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with others throughout the organization.
  • You show flexibility and willingness to succeed in an international fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and German skills are a requirement; additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
