Take on the role of Business Process Owner for Payroll and Time Management during the implementation of SAP PCE in Switzerland
Coordinate test plans, conduct test runs including UAT, and support troubleshooting
Manage defects and ticket triage during testing, hypercare, and operations
Ensure smooth operation of the SAP PCE system for Payroll and Time Management for Switzerland
Ensure harmonized and legally compliant processes within the Axpo Group and support internal and external audits
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into technical solutions for IT
What you bring & who you are
---------------------------------
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience with SAP HCM or PCE
In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll and time management
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in German and English
Ideally, experience with international HR projects and digital transformation initiatives
