Au sein de notre unite Corporate Services, nous recrutons notre futur(e) Charge(e) d'accueil, securite et logistique base(e) a Lausanne.
VOTRE MISSION :
Accueil et ReceptionGarantir un accueil professionnel aux clients, refletant l'image de la Banque tout en respectant les procedures d'accueil
Gestion des reservations, tenue des salons de reception clientele et service
Organisation et suivi des repas en interne
Soutien lors d'evenements
Assurer la gestion des badges et des acces
Gestion des appels telephoniques (standard) et des courriels entrants
CaisseGestion de la caisse, responsabilite du guichet (depots, retraits et enregistrements de transactions)
LogistiqueGerer les livraisons, le courrier, l'economat et les autres fournitures.
Coordonner les interventions techniques (maintenance, nettoyage, etc.).
Assurer le suivi des equipements et des espaces communs.
Gestions des factures internes
SecuriteVeiller au respect des consignes de securite internes
Collaborer avec les prestataires de securite et les services internes.
Participer a la gestion des situations d'urgence (evacuations, premiers secours, gestion des alarmes, etc.).
Support securite et logistique aux bureaux de Vevey, Fribourg et Verbier.
VOTRE PROFIL :Formation CFC employe(e) de commerce ou equivalent et experience similaire de quelques annees
Connaissance du domaine bancaire un fort atout et solide experience professionnelle des domaines de l'hotellerie de luxe
Maitrise parfaite du francais et de l'anglais ; autres langues un atout
Connaissance des outils bureautiques (MS Office) et des systemes de securite un atout
Esprit d'equipe, sens du service et orientation client, polyvalence et flexibilite
Capacite d'apprentissage rapide
Capacite a gerer les priorites, en autonomie
Excellente presentation, courtoisie et discretion
Domiciliation en Suisse (Region lausannoise)
