The Hapimag Resort in Interlaken is located on the popular promenade on the Hoheweg with spectacular views of the Jungfrau. In addition to 105 spacious flats, the resort has a spa area with steam bath and sauna, an indoor pool, a playroom for the children, 2 conference rooms and a restaurant with a spacious terrace.

What you can expect

Guest service: Welcoming and seating guests, ensuring first-class service and a high level of guest satisfaction. Service procedures: Responsibility for your own service station, including taking orders, serving food and drinks and billing. Quality control: Monitoring compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations. Complaints management: Professional and friendly handling of guest complaints and enquiries. Preparation and follow-up: Ensuring that the service station is properly prepared before and after service hours, including mise en place. Communication: Working closely with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly. #

What you bring along

Completed training in the restaurant trade Professional experience in a comparable position in the service area Sound knowledge of food and beverage knowledge and service standards Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage Strong guest and service orientation, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and flexibility Well-groomed appearance, confident demeanour and excellent manners #
