Key Responsibilities
Managing a station in the Kempinski Bar & Lobby during early and late shifts
Monitoring and coordinating service processes in the hotel lobby/bar
Serving food and beverages
Preparing cocktails and long drinks
Welcoming and attending to guests, including active sales
Cashier duties (Micros system) and ensuring correct posting of sales and guest bills
Daily closing
Daily mise en place and cleaning duties
Checking the premises for cleanliness and tidiness
Participating in weekly training sessions
Working in accordance with internal standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of comprehensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
Resilience, tidiness and a very high awareness of quality.
Structured and organised way of working.
Keen interest in team-oriented work.
Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
You enjoy taking responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your expertise to colleagues
Very good English skills are a prerequisite. German skills are an advantage, and basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
